Booking request
Any request made via the website, by email or by any other means of contact constitutes a reservation request.
The reservation becomes final only after confirmation by Riad Youssef.
Payment
The payment of the stay is made directly with Riad Youssef according to the terms communicated during the booking confirmation.
No payment is made directly via the website.
Arrival and departure
The arrival and departure times are communicated to the client upon confirmation of their stay.
The client undertakes to comply with the operating and peace of mind rules of the establishment.
Modification or cancellation
Any request for modification or cancellation must be communicated to Riad Youssef as soon as possible.
Any applicable conditions are specified during the booking confirmation.
Absence of the client
In case of non-presentation of the client without prior information, the Riad Youssef reserves the right to apply the conditions communicated during the reservation.
Responsibility of the client
The client undertakes to respect the premises, equipment and living rules of Riad Youssef.
Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged to the client.
Acceptance of the terms
Any reservation confirmed with the Riad Youssef implies acceptance of these booking conditions.
